Guidelines

  • Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program. To qualify, participants must attend all meetings and complete all assignments. Should participants miss a portion of the program due to circumstances beyond their control, they must complete make-up classes for the sessions they have missed in order to qualify for a completion certificate.

  • Participants are asked to come to the program with an open heart and a curious mind.

    Participants are asked to listen attentively to discussions and presentations.

    Participants are asked to engage in dialogue, group discussions, and learning activities willingly and fully.

  • In addition to letting the coordinator know of any accommodations needed, participants are encouraged to seek individual support during the program. Should a participant find themselves overwhelmed with thoughts or emotions, they should contact the program facilitators immediately.

  • Participants will be asked to sign the following commitment prior to program commencement:

    I agree to participate in this program with honesty and integrity. I commit to being open, receptive, and accommodating to course facilitators and fellow participants. I commit to being compassionate and kind to myself and others. I will respect others and their right to share their views without judgment or negativity from me. I will honor others’ their right to self-discovery of their Enneagram type. I will respect others’ privacy and maintain their confidentiality. I will take my work seriously and allow for fun.

    I will never use my type as an excuse for bad behavior. I understand that should I be disruptive, disrespectful, or engage in unacceptable behavior I will be removed from the class and the program.
